What we collect

Parent or guardian name, phone number and email.
Child’s age and course choice.
Photos of handwriting that you send us so we can assess and teach.
Payment status from Razorpay. We do not receive or store full card, UPI or bank details.

Children’s information

We collect information about children only from their parent or guardian, and only what we need to teach the course. We do not advertise to children.

How we use it

To enrol your child, run classes and share practice sheets.
To contact you about batches, schedules and payments.
To handle payments, refunds and support requests.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the service, such as Razorpay for payments, WhatsApp and email for messages, and our video-class platform. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for teaching, accounts and legal requirements, and protect it with reasonable safeguards. This website uses HTTPS.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@sicreva.xyz.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. Third-party services such as Razorpay may set cookies needed to process payments.
